1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the mdc188 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you must satisfy at all times during your use of the Services:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. mdc188 operates a strict 21+ policy across all product categories. Providing false information regarding your date of birth constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
• Jurisdiction: The mdc188 Platform is designed and operated for players in Indonesia. You confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so does not violate any applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your location before registering or playing.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are under any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into contracts, you are not permitted to register an Account.

3 Account Registration

To access the Services offered by mdc188, you are required to create a registered Account. The following conditions govern the registration and ongoing maintenance of your Account:

All information provided — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details — must be truthful, current, and complete at the time of submission. mdc188 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without providing a reason.

Upon successful registration, you will be assigned or will select a unique username and password to access your Account via the mdc188 Login page. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials. You agree to notify mdc188 immediately — via the 24/7 live chat — if you suspect any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account. mdc188 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login details.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. Any change to your name, address, payment details, or contact information must be reported to mdc188 support promptly. mdc188 is not liable for failed transactions, delayed payments, or missed communications resulting from inaccurate Account information.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one active Account on mdc188. If mdc188 discovers that a player holds more than one Account — whether under the same identity, a different identity, or through a shared device or IP address — all duplicate Accounts will be suspended. Balances from duplicate Accounts may be voided, and any winnings accrued through duplicate Accounts will be forfeited.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

mdc188 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process for all Account holders. KYC verification may be triggered at account registration, prior to processing a first withdrawal, upon reaching a cumulative deposit or withdrawal threshold, or at any time deemed necessary by mdc188's risk and compliance team.

4.1 Required Documentation

To satisfy KYC requirements, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following:

• A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk) showing your full name and date of birth;
• A recent bank statement (dated within 90 days) from the Indonesian bank account linked to your mdc188 Account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, or BSI);
• A selfie photograph holding the identity document submitted above;
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot showing your name on your OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja account).

4.2 Consequences of Non-Completion

mdc188 reserves the right to place a hold on your Account — restricting withdrawals and, where appropriate, further deposits — until KYC verification is successfully completed. Accounts where verification cannot be completed within a reasonable period notified to you may be closed, and any balance may be returned to the payment method of record minus any applicable processing fees.

4.3 Data Handling

All KYC documentation is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the mdc188 Privacy Policy. Documents are used exclusively for identity and age verification and fraud prevention purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or court order.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mdc188 supports deposits and withdrawals in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

mdc188 does not currently accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency deposits, credit cards, or any other payment method not listed above. The payment method used for deposits must match the payment method used for withdrawals from the same Account.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet are generally credited to your mdc188 Account balance in real time. mdc188 does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which mdc188 accepts no responsibility. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of initiating a deposit and are subject to change.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the mdc188 finance team during operational hours (WIB, UTC+7). Standard processing times are as follows:

• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): typically within 15 minutes to 2 hours of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others): typically within 1 to 6 hours of approval during banking hours.

Withdrawal requests submitted outside WIB banking hours may be processed on the next available business day. mdc188 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification or where fraud is suspected.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are published on the relevant deposit and withdrawal pages within your mdc188 Account. These limits are subject to change at mdc188's discretion. Players who have achieved higher activity tiers may be eligible for increased withdrawal limits — contact support for details.

5.5 Refused Transactions

mdc188 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or delay any deposit or withdrawal transaction if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, mdc188 may notify the relevant authorities and withhold funds pending the outcome of an investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

mdc188 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Account holders. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out below, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms. Wagering on certain game categories — including but not limited to togel, Bandar Q, and live dealer baccarat — may contribute at a reduced rate toward fulfilling Wagering Requirements. The precise contribution rates are published on the individual promotion page.

6.2 Minimum Odds Restrictions

Sportsbook bets placed using Bonus Funds must meet a minimum odds threshold as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bets placed below the minimum qualifying odds will not count toward Wagering Requirement completion. For mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets using Bonus Funds, each individual selection must meet the minimum odds requirement for the entire accumulator to qualify.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All Bonus Funds are subject to an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that have not been wagered the required number of times before expiry will be forfeited automatically. mdc188 is not obligated to issue reminders regarding impending bonus expiry.

6.4 Abuse and Exploitation

mdc188 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following activities are considered abusive and will result in Bonus Fund forfeiture, voiding of associated winnings, and possible permanent Account closure:

• Placing opposing bets (hedging) to lock in a profit regardless of outcome during a wagering requirement period;
• Coordinating with other players to complete wagering requirements through collusive play;
• Registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once;
• Using Bonus Funds on games that are excluded from or contribute at 0% to the wagering requirement.

6.5 mdc188's Right to Modify Promotions

mdc188 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes to a promotion's terms will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered in good faith, unless material fraud or system error is identified.

7 Gameplay Rules

The specific rules governing individual game types — including sportsbook betting, live casino games, slot mechanics, togel draw procedures, bandar bola (Indonesian-style football bookmaking) markets, Bandar Q table rules, and e-sports betting markets — are published within the relevant game interface and help sections of the mdc188 Platform. By placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

7.1 Sportsbook

All sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body for each sport and competition. For football, this includes results at the end of 90 minutes of regular time plus any additional stoppage time, unless the market is explicitly stated as covering extra time or penalty shootouts. mdc188 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is cancelled, suspended, or abandoned before the minimum required playing time has elapsed, as defined in the applicable sportsbook rules.

7.2 Live Casino

Live casino games on mdc188 — including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger, and game shows — are operated by licensed third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live). The rules of each game as communicated by the live dealer and displayed in the game interface constitute the binding rules for that session. In the event of a technical fault during a live game session, the studio operator's decision regarding bet settlement is final.

7.3 Slots

Slot game outcomes on mdc188 are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems embedded in each game's software, provided by the relevant third-party studio (Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published in the game information panel of each title. 7.4 System Errors

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mdc188 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below — or facilitating others in doing so — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of your Balance, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to place Wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with Wagers placed on mdc188;
• Colluding with other players at live casino tables or in poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage;
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or another;
• Using the mdc188 Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that constitutes a financial crime under Indonesian law or applicable international standards;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any part of the mdc188 Platform's software, security systems, or data infrastructure;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's Account without authorisation;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with mdc188;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tool to disguise your true location or identity in order to circumvent mdc188's eligibility requirements.

9 Responsible Gaming

mdc188 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. • Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within your Account dashboard at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: You may set a maximum session duration, after which you will be automatically logged out of your Account.
• Cooling-Off Periods: You may request a temporary suspension of your Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request permanent self-exclusion from mdc188 at any time by contacting 24/7 live chat support. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible and take effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mdc188 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the mdc188 Platform or its content without the prior written consent of mdc188.

11 Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by mdc188 is governed by the mdc188 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the data processing activities described therein.

In summary, mdc188 collects personal data for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications. mdc188 does not sell personal data to third parties and only shares data with third-party service providers to the extent necessary to deliver the Services or as required by law.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mdc188 and its affiliated entities, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the mdc188 Platform;
• Loss of profits, winnings, data, or goodwill arising in connection with the Platform or these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise;
• Any disruption to the Platform caused by events beyond mdc188's reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party payment system failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events;
• Any decision by a third-party game studio to void, reverse, or modify a game result in accordance with that studio's published rules;
• Losses incurred by a player as a result of gambling, including losses attributable to problem gambling behaviour where mdc188 has taken reasonable steps to provide responsible gaming tools.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, mdc188's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by mdc188

mdc188 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Your Account has been used for fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity;
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Continuing to maintain your Account would expose mdc188 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon termination for cause, mdc188 reserves the right to void any pending Wagers, forfeit any Bonus Funds, and — where fraud or financial crime is involved — withhold the Account Balance pending investigation.

13.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting mdc188 customer support via 24/7 live chat. Prior to closing your Account, you are advised to withdraw your remaining Balance. mdc188 will process outstanding withdrawal requests after Account closure, provided KYC requirements have been met. Accounts closed voluntarily with a zero Balance will be deactivated without further obligation on either party.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mdc188's operating entity is incorporated. mdc188 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform; the specific governing jurisdiction is disclosed in the operating entity's licence documentation, available upon written request to support@mdc188.app.

Nothing in this clause limits mdc188's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Players in Indonesia acknowledge that they are accessing the Platform under their own volition and are responsible for ensuring compliance with all locally applicable laws.

15 Amendments

mdc188 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting player rights, bonus conditions, withdrawal procedures, or eligibility requirements — mdc188 will provide reasonable advance notice via a prominent on-site notice or direct communication to the registered email address associated with your Account.

Your continued use of the mdc188 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
